Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.

Eligibility and timeframe

  • Notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good, resalable condition.

How to start a return

  1. Fill out the returns form here

  2. We will send you a prepaid return label or QR code which you can use to return the item free of charge (Sales via marketplaces e.g. ETSY may be subject to different terms, please refer to the terms on the platform you are purchasing on).

  3. Send off item for return using the label provided 

Inspection and refund

  • Returned items are inspected on receipt to confirm they meet the unused and good condition requirements.

  • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges, faulty or incorrect items

  • If your item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • For exchanges (different product/size), follow the return steps above and place a new order for the replacement if you prefer to secure stock immediately.

Non-returnable items

  • Digital products, personalised items made to order, and items clearly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless faulty.
